Payment Method Information
C.O.D. - Cash on delivery
ExpressCreations will accept C.O.D. orders, however, only cash, money orders or cashiers check will be accepted by the carrier. No personal checks.
Credit Card Security
ExpressCreations uses data encryption provided by Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL technology prevents unauthorized parties from reading the information that you send and receive. SSL automatically initiates a secure session with your browser before any order or personal information is transmitted over the internet. Microsoft Explorer 3.0 and higher, Netscape version 2.0 and higher, and AOL version 3.0 and higher support SSL. Credit Card Charges
We only offer items for sale that we have in stock. This allows us to ship nearly all orders within one business day. Therefore, unless we experience problems with the credit card information, your account will be charged at the time you place the order.
Return Policies
We do not accept returns unless there was an error on our part in shipping. Under some circumstances we will accept returns but it must have our prior approval. If for any reason, a product is returned with no apparent error on our part, we will credit your account for the value of the product less 20% restocking charge.
Shipping Information
Standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States:
ExpressCreations applies a flat rate of $8.00 (PER SHIPPING BOX) for shipping and handling, regardless of the amount of sale through the fastest and most economical way available. This rate applies to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States using standard shipping and should be delivered in 6 to 8 business days to allow for processing. Orders under 5lbs, will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, all other orders will be shipped via FEDEX Ground Service.WILL CALL is available for all San Francisco Bay Area residents. A handling charge of $3.00 will be assessed. All WILL CALL orders will be available for pick up the following day after 1PM.
If a street address is not provided (i.e. P.O. Box address), the order will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. Standard shipping rates apply. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
FPO/APO Shipping
FPO/APO addresses will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. Standard shipping rates apply. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Delivery time may be delayed by military postal services.
Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories:
Standard shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories (these areas should select USPS - 2 day Priority shipping method in the pull-down menu during checkout).
2 day Priority Shipping:
We have a flat rate of $20.00 (PER SHIPPING BOX) for 2 day air shipping. Shipments will be sent out via FEDEX. Saturday deliveries are available but is not covered by the $20 flat shipping rate for 2 day air shipping service.
This is the rate for shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii & other US Territories.
Next day Air Shipping:We have a flat rate of $40.00 (PER SHIPPING BOX) for Next Day Air shipping. Shipments will be sent out via FEDEX. Saturday deliveries are available but is not covered by the $40 flat shipping rate for Next Day Service.
