Express Yourself with Sweet Charms

The Sweet Charms figurines are not just sugar lay-ons.  There are many ways of applying these items on to your cupcakes, truffles or petit-fours.  By adding a body to the Santa Bear face, we have created a 3-D figurine.

1) Start out with your iced product.

2) Using a pastry tip #7, make a ball with your icing.

3) Make another ball on top of the first ball, so your figure looks like a faceless snowman.

5) Add arms & feet using the same icing.

For other items that are full figured, make them come to life by making them stand instead of laying down.  If necessary, add a little icing behind them for support.
